Well, Lance Victor Jackson is one AMAZING cook! Over the past few years he has suddenly gained this skill and really enjoys going on cooking adventures in our kitchen or backyard. I like to sit back and enjoy these little nights when Lance comes home with a bottle of wine, fresh veggies and meat from the grocery store, makes a new CD from his play list and fires up the grill. Tonight he was inspired by a Teriyaki Bowl he had at Jack in a Box. He came home and made his own version of a Teriyaki bowl, with grilled chicken, white rice, soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, broccoli, carrots and almond slivers. YUMMY! I love my cooking man!
