Tip in the Kitchen

I have not peeled a raw potato in YEARS!
I boil them with the skin on until they are done!
Then I run cold water on them as I use my fingers to peel the skin right off.  (the water is because they are so hot) and they are perfect and ready to be mashed! 

Try it!  I promise you will like it!

  1. For mashed potatoes I like to leave the skin on!! But this is a great tip for the next time I make potato salad. Thanks Juile :)
